This is a nautical plotting chart of Cook Inlet Southern Part #16640
This is the 7th and final map of the set that are bundled together.
This map was taken by the donor from the F/V Victory Maid. The F/V Victory Maid was re-floated after the 1964 Good Friday Earthquake by the owner at the time, Laurence Olson. Wells Brothers bought it from the Olson estate in the mid 1980s, and moved it to Valdez where it was used as a salmon tender until early 1990s. It worked the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup in 1989 for several months. Wells Brothers lost the boat in bankruptcy filings in the early 1990s. The bank resold it, and it sank off the coast of Canada in the early 2000s.
